If you can not find the confirmation email.
If you can not find the confirmation email in your inbox after you created a new account, try checking the spam or junk email box. Sometimes email providers see confirmation emails as spam and send those emails directly to the junk folder. It also may be the email address you provided when you signed up on the Harris County Constable Pct. 4 training program is not recognized by our server. This does not mean that you have not registered for a class; it just means that you will not receive a return email upon signing up for courses. If you have a Gmail, Yahoo, or Hotmail email address these will work most of the time. You can log on to the system and change your email address or give me a call and I will assist you with the problem. If the email is not there then contact Dep. James Redd at 832-927-6190 or by email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Do courses cost any money to attend?
General educational and required courses are free of charge to licensed law enforcement officers in the region. We do not provide for travel or room and board expenses.
Where is the training area?
The HCCO4 training division classrooms are on the second floor of 330 Meadowfern just to the north of the elevator. On the first floor the course(s) will be posted advising of which classroom the class will be held. On the Second floor follow the signs to either Classroom A or Classroom B.
What is the appropriate attire for class?
When attending the HCCO4 training courses we ask that you dress presentable and in good taste. Shorts and flip flops are not appropriate attire for a business environment. If you are on duty then a uniform or duty attire is required. Please remember the training rooms are in close proximity to working, active offices with the possibility of the general public being present.
Why are we asked not to loiter around in the hallways?
The HCCO4 training area is located in the middle of the building and numerous personnel are working in close proximity. The Precinct 4 investigative division is housed directly next to the training room and many suspect and victim interviews are held nearby. Please remember to present a professional appearance and attitude when in the hallways.
